Bizolver’s Beginnings
Bizolver began in 2013. Founder Justin Weir, CPHR and SHRM-SCP, saw a gap. Local teams needed clear training, simple systems, and useful tools. The first goal was modest. Build a living from honest work and help the business and education community at the same time.
In the early years we focused on New Brunswick. We worked with small and mid-sized organizations. From start-ups to multi-generational family businesses, we were able to understand their unique needs. We wrote plain-language policies, set up simple workflows, and taught managers how to lead with confidence.
Bizolver also led with teaching digital marketing skills. Since 2013, we have delivered presentations and workshops for colleges, universities, government organizations, and community groups in New Brunswick. We encouraged post-secondary schools to add digital marketing to their programs. We have built several pro-bono digital marketing and website presences for non-profit organizations.
Hundreds of businesses have been uplifted through their engagements with Bizolver. Many colleagues and friends have come along for the journey as allies and partners. It’s been quite the ride throughout Atlantic Canada so far. We look forward to continuing to help organizations perform to the best of their abilities, and maybe even more!
